Data For Research
As part of this practice's contribution to medical research, we provide completely anonymised patients level treatment information to certain reputable third party organisations.
No individual is ever identified from the information, and we all, as potential patients, stand to benefit from this work. If you would like more information, please ask for a copy of our leaflet 'Privacy and Confidentiality of Your Medical Records', or contact the practice manager.
Comments, Concerns, Compliments and Complaints
We are always interested to hear any comments, observations or suggestions you may have so that we can act upon them and improve the service we give. You can give feedback through a form on this website or by calling the practice.
We hope that most problems can be sorted easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way, and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible. A leaflet outlining our complaints procedure in detail is available from reception. Our procedure is part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints and meets national criteria.
Your complaint will be confidentially handled by the practice manager or one of the Partners in the practice, who will promptly and thoroughly investigate. You will be kept informed at each stage of the procedure.
We also always welcome complimentary comments!!
